We brought together 120 thoughtfully curated exhibitors showcasing the very best in wellness. Participating businesses represented all corners of Litchfield County and beyond (NY, MA, NJ).

Known to the yoga community as TheYogiMatt and to music fans as Matthew Dylan, Matt led a fantastic Chromatic Yoga class and closed this year’s festival with a powerful solo performance.
We turned up the volume this year!
West Hill Groove joined us with live music, infectious energy, and good vibes that kept the festival grooving.
We had an unforgettable lineup of presenters and performers: From yoga and dance to strength training, and from healing arts to books, there was something for everyone.
Kids and families enjoyed arts and hands-on activities, a kids' yoga class, met service puppies and dogs, and soaked the fun and beautiful vibes.
Our Foods & Drinks area was small but mighty - from local farms to nutritious snacks and refreshing smoothies, there was plenty to sample while learning and doing something good for your body.
